How soon will I hear back if I send an email? Hang tight! We'll get back to you within 48 hours. Promise!

What if the item I want is out of stock? No worries! Just drop us a line at help@shopscai.com and we'll sort it out.

Do you offer free shipping and returns? Absolutely! Enjoy free shipping and returns on your first order. After that, it's just a $12 flat rate for shipping or $9 flat rate for kid's product, but returns are always free.

When will my order ship? We're on it! We'll start getting your order ready ASAP, and it'll leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days (except on weekends and holidays). If you're in the US, expect your goodies in 3-8 business days, straight from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Need to change your order? Gotcha! Shoot us an email at help@shopscai.com right away. We'll try our best to tweak your order before it's sent out. Just a heads-up: if it's already on its way, you might need to chat with the shipping carrier for any changes.

Oops, need to cancel your order? Act fast and email us at help@shopscai.com. If we catch it before it's processed, we can cancel it. If not, we're here to help figure out the next steps.

Found your items on sale after buying? No problem! We do price adjustments if it's within 7 days of your purchase.

Package marked as delivered but it's playing hide and seek? It's super annoying, we know. If USPS says it's delivered but it's not with you, here's what to do:

  1. Double-check your shipping address in the order confirmation.
  2. Ask your neighbors – maybe it landed with them by accident.
  3. If it's still missing after 3 business days, reach out to USPS to file a claim.
